Abstract
The Literary and socio-political role of woman of Indo-pak region was not very notable especially in the classic period of Urdu literature. But prominent Muslim leadership continued this behaviour during the Sir Sayyad Ahmed Khan's era. At last women came forward themselves to construct their identity and status. Their literary work shows their abilities and struggle.
