The history of writing literary histories is not so old. There hundred years back it was started the early history were written according to the principals set by the writer himself but when there were a reasonable number of the literary histories come on the scene, the people engaged with this field of study tried to set some objective principals and methodologies to write a comprehensive history. This article deals with these issues.
