Abstract

Arts are concerned with human emotions. In this regard, aural faculty and visual perceptions are very important. The development and decline of the arts in a country or nation is based on her doctrine. Therefore, we see that certain pieces of arts have evolved rapidly in some nations, or that some arts may be overlooked because of systematic ideas. This article describes that how the fabrication of human life, emotions and doctrines affect fine arts.
