Abstract
Literature addresses the problems of people. It is a narrative to understand and depict various aspects of human life and most of the time, people face similar griefs in various part of the world, in one way or the other. Hence literature has no boundaries. Same is the case with Urdu Short story. Various writers, residing in west chose to communicate themselves creatively in Urdu and the process is still on going. Migration, whether forced or optional brings a lot of psychological problems for a person. This article tries to highlight and evaluate some of the writer, who expressed a deep insight to these problems.
