N M Rashid is an important figure among the Modern urdu poets.He has depicted the contemporay situation in his poetry in a  new way and in a different angle.His poetry revolves around the the Man and the Ethical values of his era. From his first book "Mavara" to last book " Guman ka mumkin" his poetry reflects the human values,freedom ,equality and revolutionary thoughts. This article shows ethical approach in Rashid's poetry.
