Abstract
An endeavor has been made in this article to analyze one of Iqbal's poem "Nala-e-Yateem" which was read in the 15th annual meeting of "Anjuman Himayat-e-Islam". Iqbal was introduced to the public due to this poem. The effort has also been made to find out the reason why Iqbal excluded the poem "Nala-e-Yateem"? While compiling his masterpiece "Bang-e-Dara" in 1924.
