Abstract
Meer Mehdi Majrooh is known in our literary circles as Ghalib's close friend whom he (Ghalib) wrote letters those show their closeness. But this article introduces him as a poet. It reflects the literary aesthetics of Mir Mehdi Majrooh poetry.
