Muhammadi Begum w/o Molvi Mumtaz Ali, has the first lady editor of Urdu journalism. she come in this field when a woman could not even think of it. Apart from editing "Tehzeeb-i-Niswan" a weekly magazine of women, she wrote more than thirty books, for children and women on different topics. In the present article a brief description has been given about the life and contribution of this lady.
