Abstract

This article is about the responses of Iqbal towards colonialism. It is generally supposed that lighter Muslim intellectuals ere silent those days or they were with British Imperialism. This article explores the reaction of Muslim intellectuals about colonialism. Iqbal responded it is his poetry and prose. He saw the cultural and political domination of Britain and responded it. This article traces Iqbal's response on different occasions in his prose and poetry.
