Abstract
Author of this article is a young critic and researcher with a particular and pointed point of view. He has tried to deconstruct the myth of enlightenment initiated by colonial masters of India. He takes some of the efforts of loyal indians working as NGO for the emergence of Anjuman e Punjab as "ideological state apparatus". His sense of history and critical insight opens new avenues for serious students of literature.
