Abstract
Different critics have different views about the Naat's writer, who wrote the first Naat in Urdu Language. In this thesis this fact has proved that Hazrat Muhammad Hussainy (Banda Nawaz) wrote the first Naat in Urdu Language as per available material on the topic.
