Abstract
In this paper, we are going to look into the identity problem in one of the leading novelists of contemporary, Turkish Literature Osman Necmi Qurmen's novel, Delibozuklar Giftligi, through the concept of the conflict between the Eastern and the Western Cultures. The protagonists of the novel Selim, Fatin and the narrator go to Paris for Education. After these, three friends come back their country, they mold their lives their conception of world. Particularly, we witness which phases the inner and outer worlds of Salim and Fatin pass.
