Prof. Dr. Tariq Mahmood Ansari (Former Vice Chancellor / Patron in Chief JOR URDU) and Prof Dr. Muhammad Shafaqatullah (Dean, Faculty of Languages and Islamic Studies/ Chief Editor, JOR URDU) launched new issue of the Journal of Research (Urdu) today in a ceremony held in dean's office.

While expressing his view, Dr. Ansari said that the new team of JOR (URDU) put on extra efforts to clear the backlog of this journal. With the online publishing of this issue, all the previous year stuff has been cleared. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Shafqatullah paid a special tribute to the services and efforts of the former Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Tariq Mahmood Ansari towards uplifting this prestigious research journal in all the manners.

Volume no. 33 and 34 of the Journal of Research (Urdu) has been sent to the printing press and those will be available soon in print form also, said Dr. Mumtaz Khan Kalyani (Editor). The next issue of June, 2019 is almost ready and it will also be available online till the end of July.
