Bari Aleig was a great intellectual, a renowned journalist and a moving spirit behind the great progressive writer's movement in Urdu literature. These were the views of scholars, intellectuals, journalists, friends and relatives of Bari Aleg's. They said that Bari was not a typical socialist he was a merciful, self-made, Muslim journalist, writer and scholar. He was a prominent devoted, professional journalist of Urdu journalism who introduced the credibility of Urdu journalism in Sub-contient. He served in the field of journalism as a Sub-Editor, News-Editor, Columnist and a Chief-Editor in well known News papers of Lahore, Amritsar and Burma. In the last he worked as press information officer in British Consulate Lahore where his worked as press information officer in British Consulate Lahore. Where his worked was praised by everybody. It has been attempted to show in this paper that on account of his personal circumstances what were the views about him through interviews, observe through clipping News papers, Magazines, etc. published.
