Abstract

Every genre of literature has its own style and taste. Ghazal also has a very unique style and ever lasting impact on Urdu literature. Ghazal has proved has its identity and individuality over the years. It is the language of codes through which one can express feelings in a very decent way. It gave a new trend to Urdu poets and enhanced their creative skills. It introduced many new metaphors and similes in Urdu poetry.
