Abstract

It has been assumed in the literary critics of Urdu that Alama Dr. M. Iqbal was nominated for noble prize but the biased west did not allow the award to confer upon him the researcher and critics have repeatedly insured the people that because of the political ideas and biased ness of the west was behind the decision of the noble committee that Iqbal should not be avoided this prestigious literary prize. This article refuses this assumption the writer of the article briefly discussed parameter of the nomination check the whole record of personal and is of the view that Iqbal has never been nominated for the award of Noble prize. It was only myth constructed by our sense of pride.
