Abstract

Ahmad Nadeem Qasimi was one of the great names of Urdu literature and known as a wonderful writer. He always had a deep perspective of Urdu literature. He applied and showed his expertise in different genres of Urdu literature included poetry, fiction, column, critical writing, short stories, letters, and essays. He also wrote many essays on literature related to children. He knew that Children are important asset for our society and future. There is rich literature available in different languages about children and for their trainings. Many poets and literary persons wrote a lot about children in different genres. Ahmad Nadeem Qasimi also contributed a lot in this important type of Urdu literature. He wrote a large number of poems for children which are of great value. The main purpose of that writing was nothing but to train children morally and ethically. The research showed that these topics are related to social issues. He did his best to motivate children towards bravery, Islamism and created a sense of loyalty for his nation. His stories are not only valuable for children but also a source of education for the whole society. Children's literature will always create positivity among new generation. It will also provide guidance towards practical life. Qasmi's short stories not only protect children from negativities but also create awareness for respecting human values and humanism among children. It also promotes children's creativity and produce confidence among young blood.
