Abstract

From last more than hundred Year’s mankind has been rechecked his thoughts and beliefs regarding Society, Culture, Wisdom and Civilization. In this particular period he make his voice more louder and clear.The independence for common man and equal Civic or Rural system.So this world can be safe and secure place for living with his belongings and believes.In this regard French Philosopher Michel Foucault has his own point of view. Which regects the centre of Power's.He inforce that every myth or believe has his own epistemology, which is created in some relevant Discourse or Power System.He also depicted that third world countries and their personal should avial good life with basic elements. Our article discusses the socio political intellectual thought of Michel Foucault.Article based on qualitative research methodology so results can be derived in simple but effective maner.
