Abstract

This article reflects some questions about the future of a literary movement modernism. It tries to differentiate its eastern version introduced by Shams-ur-Rehman Farooqi which is basically related to formalistic criticism. This article also tells us about the impact of western modernism and supposes that if this tendency wants to be alive in future then it should follow its western tradition.
