Abstract

Poetic impact of Josh Malihabadi is stronger, so critics and researchers have not given due importance to his prose, other than his autobiography or occasional remarks of this free thinker emerged out of some interview or reported by his close associate and nourished by the romantic approach of a section of society otherwise shy of expressing its liberal views. In this article both the authors have tried to establish Josh as a prose writer of a style. Striking feature is the combination of objectivity and subjectivity to create an atmosphere to appreciate the delicacies of basic question raised not only the title but the content. Writers have traced some of the rare resources to analyze and make a system of argumentation out of them.
