In this article we present a study of critical concepts of Frantz Fanon regarding his book "The Wretched of the earth". He says that the colonized sector is a disreputable place inhabited by disreputable people. Colonial powers face the defeat because of the changes of social structure from top to bottom. People should know that the Government and Political parties are made to serve them. Frantz Fanon is a voice of oppressed people of third world. He wants to bring the third world people close to get the freedom from oppression and tyranny.
