The art of Report Writing and "Urdu Reportage in North America": An Overview

Abstract

The subcontinent has played a vital role in the development of innumerable varieties of Urdu language and literature; moreover it has also helped to establish a foundation of Urdu report writing. Ghosia Sultana Noori, is one of the eminent literary scholar from Chicago, America who shed light on famous literary scholars residing in North America and worked hard to enlighten us with their daily routine in a mesmerizing manner in her publication" shumali Amrika mein Urdu Reportage". This research has explored the tradition and different genres of report writing and the efforts made to promote report writing. It has also included the importance of report writing in the era of science and technology.
